"Laughing Norman"
Norman seems to spend all of his time laughing. Regardless of whether he has just smashed up his bonnet again or not.
He once tried to outbrake me at Le Source (Spa) not realizing I was watching my mirrors to outbrake him. When I finally "Bottled out" & braked, It was too late ! I somehow got round the bend (VERY sideways as usual) but Norman didn't. Ooops - another new bonnet.
He is a proud father of 2 children & the German contact for the FISC series.
I am not aware of an hobbies other than making children & buying bonnets.
He has more bonnets than kids since it's quicker to buy a bonnet than it is for his wife, Connie, to make a child.
Norman's Car
A standard open Midget silhouette. Originally Norman ran the car on the road until he had an accident in the car. Whilst trying to repair the car He realized it was basically too rusty to repair, so he did the only thing one does in these situations, He thoroughly strengthened it and rebuilt it as a race car. His finances ran out before he bought a windsreen though. Contrary to popular belief he car has always had a red nose, it is not accident damage ! This car is sometimes driven by his brother Harald.
The car runs a 1380 cc engine with a single Weber carb and Straight cut gearbox and is supported by Rae Davis of GP Performance.
