Ben's roots are with motorbikes. "The faster the better" is his motto. On the roads as well as on circuits like Assen (NL), Zolder (Belgium) and Nordschleife Nürburgring (Germany).
He first experienced car racing with a standard MG B GT on the Assen (NL) circuit, it went well and a racing-license followed very soon after.
Ben started his first race on 16th of May 2003.
Ben's biggest problem todate is getting in & out of his midget he is well over 2 m tall !
Ben's Car
Is a blue 1973 MG midget. The car was built , by Matthew Read, based on a brand new heritage shell and made FISC legal in 1995. The car was used until 2000 by Matthew himself & then, after a 2 year rest, sold to Ben in 2002.
